The Contra Costa County Library provides access for people with physical limitations in a number of ways, including materials specially adapted for vision and hearing limitations, adaptive equipment for reading or listening to books, and delivery services, and more. Book Line
Book Line is an automated telephone service you can use to renew books or check your record anytime, day or night, whether the library is open or closed. All you need is your library card and a touch-tone phone. You can also check your record and renew books through our web page.

Books By Mail
Are you a Contra Costa resident with a busy life? Have trouble getting to your local library during open hours? Our Books by Mail service offers you the opportunity to order books and books on tape from your home computer and have them mailed directly to your home. Click the above link for details.

Rossmoor Books-to-Go
The Walnut Creek Library and Rossmoor volunteers provide this free Books-to-Go delivery service to people who reside in Rossmoor.

Interlibrary Loan Services
