Cooking Made Easy with Enki at Your Fingertips

Submitted by CCCL_Elizabethf

Stuck at home with some basic ingredients and looking for inspiration? The library’s Enki ebook collection has lots of cookbooks available to you, and I checked one out that sounded appealing. The Everything® Quick and Easy 30-Minute 5-Ingredient Cookbook by Linda Larsen is just my speed. I’m not a fancy cook, and I hate buying lots of unique ingredients for something, and then never using those ingredients again. I settled on the Shrimp Fettucine recipe, both because I had all the ingredients already, and I have a son who is a shrimp fanatic. It was delicious, but I’d recommend adding garlic as well.

For more e-cookbooks, check out these fun booklists put together by CCCL_KimberliB and CCCL_MarieG that focus on simple recipes and baking with ebooks. You can also head to the full collection of ebooks on either Overdrive or Enki, and search for cookbooks.
