Bookmark Art Contest

Open to Ages 6-17
Create a design (8.5" inches x 2.75" inches at 300 ppi) based on the following theme:
1. Draw yourself as a Superhero or Supervillain.
Entries accepted February 1 through February 28, 2023.

    BOOKMARK ART CONTEST - Submission Rules and Guidelines:
    After you complete your bookmark, scan or take a photo, read through the contest rules below and submit your original work at any Contra Costa County library.
    1. You or parent/guardian are a Contra Costa County Library patron
    2. Use the template provided (8.5" inches x 2.75" inches at 300 ppi), stay within the printable area. Be aware some parts of your image close to the edge may be cut off during printing.
    3. No more than two entries per person.
    4. Entries will be judged for creativity, originality, neatness and printability.
    5. Entries accepted Tuesday, January 24 through Tuesday February 28, 2023.
    6. Chosen designs will have bookmark designs printed, any additional prize(s) to be determined.
    7. Finalists will be notified on or about Monday, May 1, 2023
    8. Do not include any writing, text, trademark, or copyrighted marks in your artwork.
    9. If your submission is chosen your parent/guardian will need to fill out and sign a "Release/Waiver for use of Image, Likeness, or Original Work" (Form 3.06)
