Patron notification service interruption

The Library is currently experiencing an interruption to the service that provides notifications about holds. Library IT staff are working to correct the issue as soon as possible. In the meantime, here are several other options for checking on the status of holds.

  • Call Bookline at 800.984.4636 and choose menu option 6 for a summary of account activity, then select menu option 4 for titles of holds that have arrived.
  • Login to your online account and view the status of items in the ON HOLD category.
  • Sign up for the LibraryElf service and get customized email and/or text notifications.
  • Contact Us for assistance by phone, text, email or chat.

Check your spam/junk email folder if you are not receiving email notifications for holds, items due, items overdue, newsletters, or when your digital downloads are ready. Your email program may be diverting these messages thinking they are spam or bulk emails. To ensure you receive notices or library newsletters in your inbox, configure your spam filter to accept email from these Library addresses as approved contacts:
