Hercules Library is a state-of-the-art facility built collaboratively by the City of Hercules, the State of California and Contra Costa County. The library includes a Teen Room, meeting rooms, study rooms, a Homeschool Resource Center, a Sky Garden, a Children’s Garden, a children’s story area called the Story Cone, the Friends of the Hercules Library Bookstore, and a comfortable reading area.
