Established in 1913, the Oakley Library is one of the oldest Contra Costa County libraries. Over the years the library has been housed in several locations and currently shares space with Freedom High School. We take great pride in serving the community and offer computers, free Wi-Fi access and a variety of materials that support the educational and entertainment needs of the community. Be sure to check out our children's, teen, and adult programs, provided at no cost, thanks to the Friends of the Oakley Library.
