- Visit the Contra Costa County Library website.
- In the top right, select Log In/My CCCLib to access the dropdown menu.
- Select Log In/Register in the resulting dropdown menu.
- Select the Forgot your PIN link under the PIN field on the Log In page.
- On the Forgot your PIN? page
- Enter your library card number in the Library card number: field.
- Select the Send button.
If that does not work or if you did not receive an email, you will need to visit any library location in the Contra Costa County Library system and ask staff to reset the PIN on your account. Please be prepared to present your library card and ID.
