New Log In Details
The Library has changed the way you log in for most library resources and services to give you more control over the security and privacy of your library card account. To access your account, please log in with your library card number and PIN.
If this is your first time logging in, try your 6-digit date of birth as your PIN, using the format MMDDYY
For example:
If your birthdate is February 03, 1972, then your PIN is 020372
Affected library resources include: OverDrive/Libby, Kanopy, and East Bay Times. If you have problems logging in, please contact us.

Go to our homepage at ccclib.org and in the top right corner click on “Log In/My CCCLib.” On the drop down menu, click on “Log In/Register.” Enter your Library card number and your PIN.

You can change your PIN by accessing your account through our website at ccclib.org.
Log into your account and go to settings. You are able to change your PIN by choosing a number that is between 4 and 6 digits long. You can also go to your nearest library and request that staff change your PIN for you, provided you have your library card and valid photo ID.

Go to ccclib.org and in the top right corner click on “Log In/My CCCLib.”
Click on the "Forgot your PIN" link on the Login page to receive an email to reset your PIN.
If that does not work or if you did not receive an email, you will need to visit any branch in the Contra Costa County Library system and ask staff to reset the PIN on your account. Please be prepared to present your library card and ID.
