Thank you for submitting a program proposal form. Due to limited space and staff resources the Library can accommodate a limited number of program proposals. The Library has final authority over the review, selection and arrangement of all programs at libraries in Contra Costa County. This form will assist staff in evaluating the type of program offered, and in determining if the program will fit the needs of the Library. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your proposal will be accepted. The Library does not allow sales or promotion of services at its events.

Authors please note that providing a program does not necessarily mean we will add your book to the collection.
