Dear Valued Library Patron,
We want to hear from you! Back in 2018, many of you completed a survey whose results gave us important feedback about what matters the most to you. Over the past three years, that information guided us in developing priorities and new initiatives throughout our libraries. Now we need your help again. Our 2021 Library Survey is similar to the previous survey, but this time it also includes questions about equity, diversity and inclusion, online events and services, and the digital divide. The survey is available online or in print and can be accessed in English, Spanish or Chinese. To fill out a paper copy of the survey, simply visit your local branch. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete, and its responses will help us focus on the things you and all our patrons care about and need the most. Your input is more valuable than ever since the ways we access information, books, services, and events have greatly changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey is available through December 10 and all responses will be kept confidential. I look forward to hearing from you.
